ERA Brokers Consolidated — Utah Prepared for Dr. Gosey May 2026

A guide for you,
Caitlin, and the boys.

After two years of moves, you’re looking for somewhere to plant. We get it. This is a quick look at what life in Utah Valley could look like for your family — the practice, three neighborhoods built for raising young kids, schools, what Caitlin’s career looks like in Silicon Slopes, and the ski / boating / golf access we know matters to you.

Ch. 01 — The Pitch

Why we think this
is the right move.

Stability, ASC partnership, and a family-first metro area. A few things that stood out reading through your background.

i.
Stability you can plant in
Revere Health has been physician-owned and independent for 30+ years. No corporate acquisitions, no leadership churn. The largest independent multispecialty group in Utah, 400+ providers strong. The kind of platform you can build a career on.
ii.
ASC partnership track
Revere has integrated surgical centers across Utah Valley with partnership opportunities for physicians. Plus several independent ASCs in the area where ortho surgeons hold ownership stakes. Good answers for your buy-in question.
iii.
Real case volume
Utah County has led the state in population growth for six straight years. Active, growing, insured patient base. Foot & ankle volume here is strong — you should be able to collect cases for ABOS Part 2 without issue.
iv.
Caitlin lands in Silicon Slopes
Lehi to Sandy is the second-largest tech corridor in the country. Adobe, Qualtrics, Domo, Pluralsight, and dozens of growing SaaS companies actively hire software project managers. Strong career market for her, not a side note.
v.
Built for young families
Utah ranks #1 in the country for family wellbeing. Top public schools, low crime, parks and rec programs in every city, pediatricians on every corner. Specifically built for what you and Caitlin need with two and five-year-old boys.
vi.
Skiing, boating, biking, golf
Eight ski resorts within 90 minutes. Three reservoirs within 35. World-class biking from your driveway. 10+ public courses in Utah County alone. The hobby list you sent us is the lifestyle here.
Ch. 03 — Where We’d Start

Three neighborhoods
built for young families.

All commutable to the clinics, all in great school districts, all with quick access to the things you actually do on weekends.

Option A • Lehi
Traverse Mountain
$650K – $1.1M
Modern • family-focused • Caitlin walks to Silicon Slopes.

Mountainside master-planned community on the benches above Lehi. Caitlin would be five minutes from the heart of Silicon Slopes with her pick of tech employers. The neighborhood has its own elementary inside the boundaries (Traverse Mountain Elementary, Alpine District), a community pool, splash pad, parks, and trail access right from your street. Heavy young-family demographic. Closest neighborhood to the AF clinic.

12 min
to American Fork clinic
5 min
to Silicon Slopes
25 min
to Provo Main
30 min
to SLC Airport
Option B • Highland / Alpine
Highland / Alpine
$800K – $1.5M
Foothills • established • canyon-adjacent.

Up against the base of Mt. Timpanogos. American Fork Canyon from your driveway means skiing at Sundance, hiking, biking, and camping are all 10 minutes away. Quieter than Lehi, larger lots, mature trees. Lone Peak High is one of the strongest school feeders in the state. Mountain Ridge Junior High and Alpine Elementary are both highly rated. Highland is the more family-focused side, Alpine has the older established estate feel. Either works.

10 min
to American Fork clinic
3 min
to AF Canyon
15 min
to Sundance skiing
20 min
to Provo Main
Option C • Saratoga Springs
Saratoga Springs
$550K – $850K
Newer • affordable • on the lake.

The state’s fastest-growing large city for several years running. Sits right on Utah Lake with marina access, beaches, and reservoir activity at your doorstep. Newer construction means newer schools, newer parks, and more young families than anywhere else on the list. Best value play of the three — you get newer, larger homes for less. Harvest Hills and Wander are the marquee neighborhoods. Both clinics are a straightforward I-15 commute.

Ch. 05 — For Caitlin

Silicon Slopes is built
for her career.

The Lehi-to-Sandy corridor is the second-largest tech hub in the US. Software project managers are in active demand across hundreds of companies, from public giants to fast-growing SaaS startups. If you live in Lehi, she could literally walk to dozens of these offices. If you’re in Highland or Saratoga, she’s 10 minutes from any of them.
